During the meeting, the parties discussed various areas of potential cooperation, including power, energy mix, nuclear energy, and human resource development. They agreed to pursue practical cooperation projects through follow-up consultations between the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in South Africa and the Embassy of South Africa in Seoul, as well as relevant ministries, agencies, and companies.
Mayor Park also met with the heads of Korean companies in South Africa to thank them for their efforts to host the 2030 Busan World Expo and to ask for their continued interest and cooperation.
